The SuperGrail standard

A recommendation should come with its reasons.

Good buying advice does more than name a winner. It gives you enough context to choose confidently—or decide you do not need to buy yet.

What guides should do

Useful, specific, and
straight about the gaps.

01

Start with the use case.

We begin with what a product has to do in real life, then explain which features meaningfully change the answer.

02

Make the trade-offs visible.

A great option for one person can be wrong for another. Price, fit, durability, and friction all belong in the recommendation.

03

Keep the shopping honest.

We call out where affiliate links appear and keep the guide focused on the decision, not on forcing a purchase.

Affiliate disclosure

Commission does not decide the conclusion.

Some guides include Amazon links. SuperGrail may earn a commission if you buy through one of them. That does not change what we recommend, what we say about an item’s limits, or whether we recommend buying anything at all.

Our job is to make the decision clearer. When the simple or less expensive option is the better fit, that belongs in the guide too.
